While not nearly my most impressive work, this file will be the first posted, as the subject matter is timely. On May 20th, the NBA will conduct their draft lottery to assign the top 3 picks in the draft among the non-playoff teams. This file offers the probability of each possible combination, a lottery simulator, and fair money betting odds for your entertainment. Win, Place, and Show possibilities are available in honor of the Preakness.
The worksheet is embarrassingly inefficient, but with the lottery right around the corner, I'm pushing it out the door, noting subsequent revisions may improve the efficiency & look. The workbook can be easily modified for different lottery ball distributions given in future years.
