Several years ago, my friends and I wanted to set up a divisions-based fantasy football league, but didn't want to pay for a service that provided it. We wound up using a free service and the attached workbook.
This workbook would be excellent for anybody who wants to run a pencil & paper league or run a particularly customized 12 team league.
Also included is a double headers version. Double headers is a popular option which has teams play 2 games every week, thereby reducing the impact of lucky scheduling on fantasy play. These files can be saved as html and posted to your own website for your league to follow.
